By far the easiest way to pay your bill is via direct debit, this is taken once a month in arrears so you never pay for something that has not yet been delivered. If you would like to use this method to pay your bill please email us with the following:
Your West Country Papers account number
Your Name
Bank account number
Bank sort code
You will still receive your invoice as usual to check whats coming out of your bank and when.
Online Credit/Debit Card
We now have a new customer portal, where you can pay your bill, add holiday dates and more.
To access the portal please email us with your account number and we will set this up and forward you your new login details, once you have received the login details you can click the "Account Login" tab above and use the customer portal.
Bank Transfer
We are happy to receive payment via bank transfer and our bank details can be found near the bottom of your invoice.
Please remember to add your account number to the payment reference.
Cheques
Again we are happy to accept cheques, if it is safe to do so you can leave the cheque out for your delivery person to pick up, or you can post it to the address at the bottom of this website. Please write your West Country Papers account number on the reverse of the cheque.
